Who We Are
MahjTrainer™ is a digital learning platform for American Mahjong players, operated by MahjCoach LLC, based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
What We Collect
When you create an account or join our list, we collect your name and email address. When you complete a Daily Rack Challenge™, we collect your responses — which tiles you passed, which direction you chose, and your confidence level. We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or sensitive personal data.
How We Use It
We use your information to deliver your daily challenge, track your streak and progress, send you daily reminders and learning content, and improve the MahjTrainer™ experience. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
How We Protect It
Your individual responses are private and visible only to you. Community data shown on the reveal page is aggregated and anonymous — no individual responses are ever displayed publicly.
Email Communications
If you join our list or activate daily reminders, we will email you challenge reminders and MahjTrainer™ updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
Third-Party Services
MahjTrainer™ is built on Supabase for secure data storage. We may also use an email service provider to deliver your reminders and updates. These partners are bound by their own privacy policies and do not have access to your data beyond what is necessary to deliver our service.
Your Rights
You can request to view, update, or delete your account and data at any time by emailing us at info@mahjtrainer.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as MahjTrainer™ grows. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
